When did the world become so overtly insane. Worldnetdaily reported a story about how a Mayor in a Canadian town refused to fly a rainbow colored homosexual pride flag in the town hall. Why on Earth would a town hall fly a homosexual pride flag? Why would a group of people who are characterized by whom they have sex with have their flag represented at the town hall. I am left handed. Does that mean I should be able to demand that a flag representing my people should also fly at the town hall where I live? If not, why? I am 30 years old and going bald. Does that mean a flag representing all bald people should fly as well? How about a specific flag for heterosexual, white, male, Christians? Can that be flown?
The reason so many people care about homosexuality is made clear by stories like this. We live in a free country where people are allowed to live a homosexual lifestyle. What people get upset about is cases like this where homosexuals demand that their flag is flown at the town hall and resort to accusations of homophobia when they are denied.
